Water Tank Specification
- Structure: UPN Sub frame chassis of grade ST-44 with welded cross-members
- Shell: Elliptical section of MS Plate ST-44/5 mm & Baffle
- Catwalk: G.I. Gratings on both sides along the manholes on top of tanker
- Railing : Manually operated 1mtrs height of Aluminium hollow section foldable handrail on both sides
- Manhole: Ø500mm Filling manhole with hinged cover and one inspection manhole with vent pipe.
- Discharge: Galvanized piping with 3’’ball valves.
- Pump: Diesel Engine driven pump with 3’’x3’’(inlet/outlet)
- Discharge hose : 3’’and 3mts long Green harvest hose with cam lock coupling one side female other end male. – 2nos
- Hose Stowage: 1 No hose carrier of 3.2mtrs long on either side of the tank.
- Internal painting – Grit blasted to SA2.5 finish, Internal lining is suitable for potable water. (Blue tank )
Grit blasted to SA2.5 finish, Internal lining is suitable for non-potable water ( Green tank) - External painting – one coat of primer followed by two coats of polyurethane paint in Blue OR Green colour
- Access Ladder at rear of tanker
- Metallic Mudguards with mud flaps.
- Spray bar with sprinkler are provided at rear for green tank.
- Level gauge tube at rear
