• Shell: Single compartment, circular cross-section made of mild steel St-37 /8mm. Baffle plates made of 8mm steel. Tank shell designed for operation under vacuum or pressure. Dish ends 8 mm designed to withstand vacuum and pressure.
• Reinforcements: Circular stiffening rings around the tanker for external reinforcements. These acts as anti implosion rings.
• Rear door: Mechanical rear door for maintenance and cleaning of the tank interior. Rubber seal ensures airtight closure.
• One additional Manhole on top with GI grating all around and railing
• Access ladder at side tanker for access top manhole cover and Pressure gauges
• Two separate cut-out valves fitted to prevent the tank content from entering the pump. The primary cut out is fitted on top of tank to prevent over flowing liquid from the tank. The secondary cut out is fitted outside the tank, works as a trap for overflow foams or liquids directed to the vacuum pump.
• Air filter: Suction air filter with stainless steel mesh cartridge, fitted in the suction line of the vacuum pump for further protection of this unit.
• 1.5’’ Level indicator at side with shutoff valves
• Strainer/Filter in between the pump and secondary cut out.
Calibrated pressure relief valve, set at 1 bar and vacuum relief valve set at -0.7 bar
Suction: 3”Full bore ball valves with QR coupling -2nos at rear
• Discharge: 4” Full bore ball valve with QR couplings, 1no
• Vacuum pump, Primary and Secondary cut off valve, Vacuum-pressure gauge, pressure relief valve and vacuum relief valve.
• Yanmar Diesel engine to drive Vacuum pump will be fitted on tank trailer
• Tank internal: Grit blasted to Swedish standards SA2.5 and painted with coal tar Epoxy paint.
• Tank external: Grit blasted to Swedish standards SA2.5, one coat of Epoxy primer followed by two coats of polyurethane paint in one colour of customer’s choice.
