Chassis & Body
• Platform: Made of Mild steel 8 mm welded on heavy-duty cross members folded in U-shape intermeshed with folded longitudinal 6mm profiles
• Sides: Made of Mild steel 6 mm reinforced with 3mm side posts
• Front panel: Made of Mild steel 5 mm with cab protector
• Rear door: Made of Mild steel 5 mm with automatic door lock
• Stabilizer: Under body folding type
• Intermediate chassis: Made of UPN frame with rear diagonal braces for torsion reduction
• Mounting: By means of rigid, flexible and semi flexible brackets (as per chassis Guidelines )
Blasting & Painting
• Grit blasted to SA2.5, one coat of anti corrosion primer followed by two coats of enamel paint in one colour at customer’s choice
Hydraulic System
• Hydraulic piston: 3-stage, single acting Front-end telescopic cylinder Meiller / Benetto /Hyva Wet kit
• Wet kit: Piston pump, tipping valve with proportional pneumatic control, oil tank with screener breather cap and hydraulic hoses
