• Front panel: Made of Hardox steel / 6 mm with cab protector. Stiffeners made in MS
• Rear door: Made of Hardox steel / 6 mm with chain type auto door lock. Stiffeners made in MS.
• Stabilizer: Under body folding type
• Rope Hooks: Steel hooks all around the body.
• Cab guard: Two flat bar welded to keep tarpaulin and two nos. hook welded either side to tie on top of cab guard.
• External: Grit blasted to SA 2.5, one coat of anti corrosion Epoxy primer followed by Polyurethane PU paint system in one colour. Colour to customer’s choice
• Internal: One coat of primer
• Hydraulic piston: 5-stage, single acting Front-end telescopic cylinder BINOTTO – Italy
