- Main chassis Structure: Hot-rolled beams ST-52 /S355JR/ Equivalent
- Axles: 2x16T axles Prime Brand – European make
- Brakes: Two-line air brakes (Double Booster ) with automatic load sensing valve.
- Suspension: Cantilever Bogie type 2×16000 Kg or Tendam type
- Rims: 24’’ Triplex Rim (8+1)
- Tires: Size 1200R 24 (8+1) European OR Japanese
- King Pin: 3.5” king pin JOST /SAF
- Landing Gear: Two-speed mechanical, with one side operation and suitable base plates – JOST
- Shell: Cylindrical section made of mild steel ST-44/S275JR of 6mm Thk & Dish of 8mm thickness
- Catwalk: GI gratings on right hand side with 1m height foldable handrail made of MS Pipe or Tube
- 500 – 700 Gallon capacity compartment used for water.
- Manhole: 2x Ø500mm steel bolted manhole with swing type cover.
- Discharge Valve: 4” Acid resistant butterfly valve with Acid resistance.
- Fill line: 4’’ at rear of tank and linked to the top of tanker with Fill line to continue inside the compartment.
- Calibrated Stainless Steel Dip Stick for each compartment.
- 4’’pipline, Manhole cover and CPVC pipe are fitted with SS bolts and nuts.
- Grit blasted to SA2.5, one coat of Epoxy primer followed by two coats of polyurethane paint in White 300mm Yellow stripe in the
middle of the Tanker. - The rubber lining of internal tanker, 4’’ pipeline, spillage tank , Manholes cover & Valence suitable for acid
