• Structure: Hot-rolled beams with welded ladder type cross-members.
• Axles: 2×12 Ton Tandem axle/ Bogie axle :Europe
• Brakes: Two-line air brakes with manual slack adjuster and automatic load sensing valve & Parking brake mechanical type WABCO
• Rims: 9×22.5’’ Disc Rim (8+1)
• Tires: Size 12R22.5 Bridgestone or equivalent
• King Pin: 2’’ or 3.5” bolted on sliding plate JOST
• Landing Gear: Two-speed mechanical, with one side operation and suitable base plates JOST
• Shell: Elliptical section made of 5mm ST37 with 4mm Baffle plates
• Catwalk: Made of positive grip perforated steel along the manholes on top of tanker with 1 m height handrail on right-hand side of tanker
• Manhole: Ø500mm Filling manhole with hinged cover and one inspection manhole with vent pipe.
• Discharge: All pipe work is galvanized steel fitted with ball valves 3’’ size with lever with Gravity spray pipe
• Pump: Diesel engine driven pump ( customer supplied )
• Hose Stowage-2 Nos. at each side of Tank with
• One coat of primer followed by two coats of polyurethane paint in one colour Green or Blue
• Inside: Epoxy suitable for water usage
